Queensland will this week become a bolthole for hundreds of NRL players and their families as New South Wales battles a worsening COVID outbreak.
From Wednesday, 12 NRL teams and their support crews will move to "hubs" around the state for the next two months of the 2021 season.
The COVID-10 Delta outbreak has forced all nine Sydney teams to relocate to the sunshine state.
